CITY OF CHANHASSEN
CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA
VARIANCE 2026-02
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves the requested decreased
front yard setback, subject to the conditions of approval and adopts the attached Findings
of Facts and Decision.
2. Property. The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County,
Minnesota, and legally described in Exhibit A.
3. Conditions. The variance approval is subject to the following condition:
1. Applicant shall pay outstanding fee of $50.00 for the variance prior to recording.
2. The location and configuration of the lot line must substantially conform to what is shown in
the survey provided with development application 2026-02.
4. Lapse. If, within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance, the lot line adjustment has not
been completed, this variance shall lapse.
