the Chanhassen Planning Commis-
sion will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing
is to consider a request for a vari-
ance to the maximum hardcover
percentage to allow for various site
improvements at 6680 Lotus Trail.
