NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a publrc hearing
on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, al
6:00 p.m. in the Council Cham-
bers in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request to
make minor adjustments to prop-
erty lines within the Pioneer Ridge
Plat through a revised Preliminary
Plat and Final Plat. The attached
townhome lots are proposed to be
replatted to increase the size of the
individual lots so that the attached
townhomes may include full-size
decks or porches. Property owner/
