THIS CONSENT TO PLAT, is made this 11 day of June, 2025, by Tradition Capital
Bank ("Lender"), the holder of the following Combination Mortgage, Security Agreement,
Fixture Filing and Assignment of Leases and Rents dated May 15, 2025, filed May 16, 2025, as
Document No. A786274, to secure indebtedness in the amount of $6,000,000.00, executed by
Rachel Development, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, as mortgagor, to Tradition Capital Bank, a
Minnesota banking corporation, as mortgagee.
Lender does hereby approve and consent to making and filing of the plat known as
PLEASANT VIEW POINTE.
