fnllowing variance:
The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves the requested decreased
front yard setback to install a fence and adopts the attached Findings ofFacts and
Decision.
2. Propertr,. The variance is for a propcrty situated in the City ofChanhassen, Carver County.
Minnesota. and legally described in Exhibit A.
3. Lapse. If, within one (l) year ofthe issuance ofthis variance, the oonstruction has not
commenced, this variance shall lapse.
