Chairman Camarata called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
MEMBERS’ PRESENT:
Chairman Jim Camarata, Phyllis Mobley, Gwen Block, Jane Bender, Janet Dean, Bill Monn,
Beth Mason, Barbara Solum

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
The agenda was reviewed and accepted.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
November 21, 2025, minutes were reviewed electronically by all commissioners. Commissioner
Mason motioned to approve the agenda. Commissioner Mobley seconded. All members voted in
favor; the motion was carried.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
This Meeting was a working meeting for the Commissioners, assisting with set-up and serving at
the Annual Senior Center Holiday Celebration. All Commissioners participated in creating a
welcoming celebration event for over 100 guests.

Adjournment at 1:00 pm, following the end of the Holiday Celebration
