ORDINANCE NO. 766
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2026
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1.
A) Policy and Purpose. By the enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council intends
to establish fees and charges required by the City Code for the year 2026 and to
comply with Minnesota Statutes, 462.353, subd. 4.
B) Fees and Charges. The fees and charges for the City for the year 2026 were
originally established by Ordinance No. 754 and the City desires to amend the
fees listed under “Fire Department Fees as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.

clude updated burn permits and
add fees for Emergency Radio Re-
sponder Coverage.
This ordinance shall go inlo ef-
fect upon passage of the ordinance
by the City Council.

is available for inspection by any
person during regular office hours
at the office ol the City Manager/
Clerk.
