This letter is to confirm that on July 7, 2026, the Chanhassen Planning Commission, acting as the
Board of Appeals and Adjustment, approved the requested front yard setback variance for the
installation of a privacy fence.
Note that if construction does not commence within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance,
this variance shall become void.
