CoNDII-IONAL USE PERMIT #26.03
l. @i!-Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen
hereby grants a conditional use pernrit for screened outdoor storage at 2100 Stoughton
Avenue.
2. Prooertv. The permit for the property situated in the City ofChanhassen. Carver County.
Minnesota, and legally described in Exhibit A.
3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following conditions:
L Outdoor storage area shall be enclosed with 100% opaque fencing 8'in height.
Fencing shall be maintained in good condition at all times.
2. All materials and equipment stored outdoors shall not exceed the height ofthe
required storage area fencing.
3. Outdoor storage area shall not be used as a Contractors Yard, as defined by the City of
Chanhassen.
4. Materials and equipment placed within the outdoor storage area shall not emit odors,
produce excessive noise, or be hazardous.
5. Any outdoor lighting for the outdoor storage shall not exceed 25 feet in height when
mounted to a Iight pole. [,ight measurement at the property line shall not exceed 0-
foot candles.
6. All proposed tenants shall be approved administratively by the Community
Development Director or their designee prior to leasing and occupying the screened
area. Ifthe screened outdoor storage changes tenants, the property manager shall
receive approval for all subsequenl (enants as well.
,1. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit lollowing a public hearing for
r iolation of the terms ol'this pernrit.
5 !g.ry" If u'ithin one year ofthe issuance of this permit the authorized construction has
not been substantially compleled or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse. unless an
extension is granted in accordance u,ith the Chanhassen Zoning Ordinance.
6. Criminal Penaltv. Violation of the terms of this conditional use permit is a criminal
nrisdemeanor.
