Dear- Ne— i g1hb'3r:
At 7:00 p.m. on March 9, 1988, Lundgren Bros. Construction will hold
an informational meeting on its Near Mountain project in the City
Council Chambers at Chanhassen City Hall. The purpose of this meeting
is to discuss revisions we are proposing for the Chanhassen portion
of the property and to solicit ,your comments and questions.
Our proposal -,nv-lves adding to the project approximately 1.9 acres
of adjacent property which general':,r lies between Pleasant View Road
and Iroquois Lane. We propose to plat this land in lots which will
enlarge the Trappers Pass neighborhood by 18 homesites. (Please see
th.e accompanying plan.)
Our meeting is unrelated -to the Chanhassen approval process. You
also will receive from the City a notice regarding a Public Hearing
on th.is matter in about a month.
We hope you will attend both meetings, but believe ours will afford
a more relaxed opportunity to seek answers to your questions and will
permit us to benefit from a more timely expression of your perceptions.
