SUPPLEMENT TO EARNEST MONEY CONTRACT
August 21, 1978
The undersigned parties to an Earnest Money Contract dated
on property known as 1050 Pleasant ViewiRdhanhassen,
hereby mutually agree to amend said contract as follows:
Carver Co., Minnesota
Commencing at a point on the West line of the Northeast quarter Section Two (2)
Township One Hundred and Sixteen (116) North Range Twenty-thre'o (23) West of the
Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian Fourteen Hundred (1400) feet North of the South-
west corner of said Quarter Section; thence ,North 88*43' East Four Hundred and
Seventeen and 5/10 (417-5/10) feet to place of beginning of lands to be described;
thence North 40*10' East Three Hundred and Sixty-five (365) feet; thence North
56t50' East five Hundred and Fifty (550) feet to the shore of"Lake Christmas"
(so-called); thence Southeasterly along the shore of said lake Four Hundred (400)
feet; thence South 21*49' West three hundred and forty-four and 8/10 (344-8/10)
feet; thence South 28*09' West Three Hundred and sixty-seven and 7/10 (367-7/10)
feet to the centre of highway known as the "Eden Prairie Road," thence North
88*30' West along said centre of road Five Hundred and Twenty (520) feet to the
Northwesterly corner of land sold by Tobias Kolsta and Anna Kolsta, his wife,
to Julius August Olson and Mary Olson, his wife, by Warranty Deed recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds in the County of Carver and state of Min-
hesota in Book 1 of Deeds, pages 277 and 278; thence North 55*30' West along
said road Three Hundred and Eleven and 5/10 (311-5/10) feet to the place of
beginning,containing Eleven and 2/10 (11-2/10) acres more or less, in accordance
with plat on file in office of Register of Deeds of Carver County, Minnesota.
