landscape alterations shown on the proposed plan, especially on lots 1, 10
and outlot 3 on the south side of the proposed road and lot 11 on the north
side of the road. Outlot A, lots 1, 2 3 and part of 4, north side of the
road, and part.of lots 3, 4 and 5, south side of the road, are subject to
moderate erosion.
Soil wetness, ponding and organic soils are a very serious problem on lots
and 12, south side of the road, and there may be wetness problems in the Te
soil areas on lot 2 and 3, south side of the road.
The developer should provide the city with an erosion control plan the
will keep the sediment produced during grading on their property. When it
necessary to remove existing vegetation for grading,these areas should be f
tilized, reseeded and mulched as soon as possible.
The city should require that if houses are to be built in the wetland,
that they will be safe from wetness, soil shrinkage and subsidence.
Has the city assigned a value to the small wetland underlain by deep
peat, receiving the drainage from the west end of the property? Runoff anc
