NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF LAND FOR JAMES
MEYER, CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Planning Commission of the
City of Chanhassen will meet on Wednesday, the llth day of October,
1978 at 8:45 p.m. to consider the proposed subdivision of the following
described tract of land:
That part of Sections 1 and 24 Township 116, Range 23, Carver County, Minnesota
lying southerly of a line dram 365 feet southerly of and parallel to the north-
erly line at said Section 1, &nd within the tract described as follows.
Commencing at a point on the west line of said Section 1, distant 900 feet
south of the northwest corner of said Section 1; thence south 86044' west
a distance of 125.00 Feet to the actual point of beginning of the land being
described; thence northeasterly on a curve convex to the southeast and being
tangent to said cours2 of south 86044' west, the radius of said curve being
132.12 feet a distanc of 200.00 feet to its intersection with the west line
of said Section 1, said last mentioned point being 775 -feet.south of the
northwest corner of s�id Section 1; thence north and tangent to said curve
along the line betwee4,Sections 1 and 2, Township 116, North of Range 23

easterly on a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 237.27 feet,

Section 1, said Meander Corner being 560 feet east of the northwest corner

south 9050' west a difstance of 327.9 feet; thence south 1040' east a distance
of 2.46.65 feet to th �' intersection of said line with the center line of the
Excelsior and Eden Prairie Road; thence south 89020'. west to the intersection
of said line with thei west line of Section 1, Township 116; Range 23, at a
point which is 905 feet south of the northwest corner of said section;

Subject to and toget,er with an easement for private roadway pur•poses,.in
co opon with others h ving the same rights, over and across the private
roadway running alon the westerly side of the above described premises,
said private roadwayl being 12 feet, in width with occasional stretches not
to exceed 16 feet in width for convenience of vehicles in passing, the
center line of which said private roadway is the westerly line of the
premises above dQscrabed.
