NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED SUBDIVISION FOR MARGUERITE
GALLAGHER, CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Planning Commission of the City of
Chanhassen will meet on Wednesday, the 27th day of December, 1978 at
7:45 p.m. at the City Hall, 7610 Laredo Drive for the purpose of holding
a public hearing to consider the proposed subdivision of Marguerite
Gallagher involving the following described tract of land:
Lots Two (2) Three (3) Four (4) Five (5) and Four and 87/100 acres
in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3)
Township One Hundred and Sixteen (116) Range Twenty-three (23) and
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section Three (3) thence East twelve (12) rods nineteen
(199)j links; thence South nine and one-half (92) degrees east thirty four
(3�+) rods; thence South Twenty-four (24) and one-half (2) degrees West
six (6) rods• thence South forty-four and one-half (W) degrees West
Twenty-nine t29) rods seven (7) links; thence North fifty-nine (59) rods;
three (3) links to place of beginning; all situated in the Townsite of
Murray Hill. ExceptinT from above the following: That tract of land in
the Northwest Quarter NW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section
Three (3).Township One Hundred Sixteen (116), Range Twenty-three (23)
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of said Section three (3); thence East Twelve (12) rods and
nineteen (lq links; thence South nine and one-half (91) de' ees East to
the point of intersection with the South line of Lot Six (6frMurray Hill
if extended; thence West to the Southeast corner of Lot Six (6) Murr v
Hill; thence North along East. line of Lot Six (6) to the point of beginning.
All situated in the Townsite of Murray Hill.

A plan showing said subdivision proposal is available for inspection
at City Hall.
