NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING FROM P-2, PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, TO R-lA, AGRICULTURAL RES I -
DENTAL DISTRICT, ON MOTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
AND CITY COUNCIL, CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Commission of the
City,of Chanhassen, Minnesota, will meet at 7:4.5 p.m. -on
Wednesday,'the loth day of September:.; 1980, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing to consider.the rezoning from.P-2,
Planned Unit Development District, to R-lA, Agricultural
Residental District, for the following described tract of land:
"The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast. Quarter (NW4- of
SE4) and all that part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
(Wz of NEh) lying South of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul
Railway,in Section 13, Township 116, Range 23, containing about
108.55 acres. Excepting therefrom One (1) acre described as
follows: Beginning at a point of which the quarter section corner
between Sections 12 and 13, Township 116, Range 23, bears West
1.00 chain and North 9.20 chains; thence South 1.75 chains; thence
East 5.00 chains; thence North 2.68 chains to right of way of
Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway; thence Westerly along said
right of way to place of beginning.
ALSO excepting One (1) acre described as follows:Commencing
at the Northeast corner of the first excepted one (1) acre running
thence South along East line of said One (1) acre 2.00 chains;
thence Northeasterly parallel with right of way of Chicago,
Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway 5.00 chains to a point; thence Northerly
and parallel with first line 2.00 chains to right of way of
Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway; thence Southwesterly along said
