Dear Mr. Wickenheiser:
I have the following comments concerning your subdivision
proposal for Tract C, RLS 13. The drawing submitted to
us, has no plans to fulfill the public street availability
requirements of Subdivision Ordinance 33. Before this
proposal can receive Planning Commission sketch plan
review, the plan must illustrate that the subject property
and its environs will not be landlocked.
Any new plans must be in our office on or before April 26,
1978 in order to be considered at the next Planning Commission
meeting.
