Attached is a limited water resource permit allowing a sand
blanket to be placed on the eastern 45 feet of shoreline. This will
connect with the sand blanket at 3311 Shore Drive
At the present time the water line is approximately 21 feet
waterward of the ordinary high water mask (OH«). The sand blanket
shall extend along 45 feet of shoreline, 21 feet waterward of the
OH49 and have a maximum depth of 6 inches. No sand may be placed
beyond the existing waterline.
The western half (45 feet) of your property shall be cleared of
sand and allowed to return to naturally occurring aquatic vegetation.
Future Maintenance shall be limited to an area not to exceed
500 square feet, extending 10 feet waterward from the 0Hv7, along 50
.feet of shore.
When the project is finished, you shall supply this office with
photographs of the area.

IXI Permittee should consider use of a clear, pea gravel/sand mixture instead of pure
sand.

/_X/ This permit is granted subject to the condition that, upon completion of the pro-
posed work in the beds of public waters, the permi ttee shall supply the Regional
Hydrologist with complete, properly identified, photographic coverage of the pro-
ject site.

IXI. I. this project proves ineffective due to unfavorable lake. - conditions, no- further
permits will be issued for repetition of this work.. -In these cases, lakashore
o:1ners should consider development of a community beach facility or use of an
existing community beach.
IV.
Area of beach improvement shall be limited to a -surface area not exceeding

Attached is a limited water resource permit allowing the place-
ment of sand along the west 45 feet of shoreline. The sand blanket
which now exists will remain essentially unchanged, however the
shoreline not presently covered shall be allowed to return to the
natural aquatic vegetation formerly found.
Your sand blanket will connect to the neighboring beach on the
west. This shall be a one time sand blanket for the dimensions con-
tained herein. Future sanding will be limited to an area 50 feet
along the shore and 10 feet waterward from the ordinary high water
mark.
You shall provide this office with photographs when the project
is complete.
