SUBJ: Administrative Subdivision of Lots 1 and 2, Auditors Subdivison
#2.
Attached hereto for your consideration and review, is a proposed
administrative subdivision of lots 1 and 2, Auditor's Subdivision
#2. The purpose of this subdivision is to equalize the frontage
on Lotus Lake of lots 1 and 2. No new lots or building sites
will be created. With this subdivision both lots, lots 1 and 2,
will meet the minimum standards of the Shoreland Management Act.
That is, 75 feet or more of frontage on said body of recreational
water.

2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 2.
In response to Bruce's memorandum of May 31, 1977, relating to the
proposed administrative subdivision of Lots 1 and 2, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 2, and your request for my review and comment, I
wish to advise that I find no inherent objection to the proposal,
and I recommend its approval.
This case is to be distinguished from the recent re -plat of several
lots in The Hesse Farm, which involved a change in the location of
the lot lines and, therefore, required the formal platting process.
Such is not the case in this matter, as there is no relocation of
platted lot lines.
The plat is returned herewith.
