SUBJ: Building Permit issued to Ken Smith
The following are the reasons I issued a building permit to Mr.
Ken Smith in Red Cedar Point:
1. It is zoned R-1 and a single family dwelling is a
permitted within said zoning district.
2. Sewer and water is available to the property.
3. The lot contains 15,000+ square feet.
4. Mr. Smith met all setbacks as required by ordinance 47.
5. South Cedar and Kirkham Road abut the property.
6. He presented a complete set of plans for review.
