I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representa-
tion of a survey of the boundaries of:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 8, Township 116,
Range 23, Carver County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Government Lot
3; thence on an assumed bearing of South along the east line
of said Government Lot 3, a distance 'of 440.41 feet; thence
North 24 degrees 45 minutes West 410.36 feet; thence South
57 degrees 15 minutes West 192.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue South 57 degrees 15 minutes West
94.83 feet; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes West 67.44
feet; thence South 37 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East
397 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Lake Minnewashta;
thence northeasterly along said shoreline to the intersection
with a line that bears South 24 degrees 45 minutes East
from the point of beginning; thence North 24 degrees 45
minutes West 375 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
And of the location of all buildings, thereon, and all
visible encroachments, if any, from or on said land. As
