NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
An appeal has been filed with the Zoning Administrator for
a variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 47. The Board of Adjustments
and Appeals will conduct a hearing on this appeal on Wednesday ,
June 23, 1976 at 7:00 p.m. at the site.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and
place.
APPLICANT: Jerome S. Ahlmsn
PLANS: Requests a variance from Ordinance 47, Section 7, Subsection 7.05,
Front yard regulations, which states that there shall be a front yard having
a depth of not less than 30 feet. Mr. Ahlman is requesting a variance of 10
feet front yard setbacks due to a steep slope and to prevent the cutting dawn
Of four or five large trees to build a single family dwelling.
