improvement as set forth in said notice, by enclosing a copy of said notice in an

August 19, 1975
E. J. Lundquist property
Members present were: Will Johnson and Tom Noonan.
The Board met on the E. J. Lundquist property at
6460 Yosemite, Chanhassen, Minnesota, to consider
a rear yard variance to construct a garage.
A motion was made by Will Johnson, seconded by
Tom Noonan, to grant variance as requested.
Motion approved. Being no further business,
the Board adjouned.
