The property underconsideration is lots 1982-1986, Carver Beach Subdivision. 2. Existing Zoning is R-1 Single Family 3. Comprehensive Plan Proposal; Develop property underconsideration and adjacent parcel as low density single family. PETITION To divide the heretofore mentioned lots generally in half for the pupose of tansfering ownership so as to "square -off" own - ship patterns. PLANNER'S COMMENTS 1. The planning duly ordered and duly held a public hearing to consider the petitions request to resubdivide the property under consideration. All adjacent properties, within 350 feet were also duly notified. 2. The Carver County Register of Deeds, upon the advise of the County Attorny, accepts subdivisions of legally platted lots by legal description without the approval or review of the municipality. 3. The resubdivision plan, as proposed is inconformance with the Carver Beach Neighborhood Plan. No additional dwelling units will be constructed on the parcel underconsideration. The parties wish to exchange the Northerly portion of 1985 and 1986 for the Southerly portion of Lots 1982 through 1984 as shown on the enclosed drawing. In exchange the Wilsons gained a more useably shaped property. The land exchange will not involve any payment of money by either party. , We shall need a partial release of mortgage for the land owned by the Wilsons to be transferred to the Rossings, and you will want an extension of the Wilson's mortgage to include the land being acquired by the Wilsons. I understand you will need approval for the partial release from the Veterans Administration and that you will see to processing that application for approval.
