Board of Adjustments and Appeals April 6, 1974 Chanhassen City Hall The meeting of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairman Frank Kurvers. The following members were present: Tom Gabbert, Dean Scheff and Frank Kurvers. An interested citizen, Clyde Hehl, was also present. The meeting was called to review a side yard variance request from Mr. Fred Dickison. Mr. Dickison wants to construct a 24 ft. by 24 ft. garage. He is requesting a 2 foot side yard variance from Ordinance 47, Section 7.05, Subsection 3 entitled "There shall be a side yard depth of not less than 10 feet." A motion was made by Dean Scheff and seconded by Frank Kurvers to grant a 2 foot variance from Ordinance 47, Section 7.05, Subsection 3 to build a 24 foot by 24 foot garage. Motion carried.
