1. No boats allowed launching privileges.
2. Ten foot (maybe fifteen foot) walking access to lake.
3. No recreational vehicle allowed on beach.
4 Boats allowed to be moored only on left side of dock, behind
buoys.
5. No walls allowed to be constructed on either side of beach
access (perhaps a bench or etc. would be provided to mark
each line).
6. Garbage shall be placed•in container (recessed by stair steps)
and emptied weekly by garbage pick-up service.
3. A Homes association would be established to make rules as to:
a.
providing
steps and a dock and
their maintenance;
b.
providing
garbage container and
payments of services;
c. providing weed control, additional sand brought in if
necessary, etc.;
d. providing payment of taxes;
e. providing hours of use or public gatherings.
