NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED
SUBDIVISION, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND VARIANCE
FOR HAROLD HESSE, CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Planning Commission of the
City of Chanhassen, will meet on Wednesday, the 13th day of September,
1978, at 8:15 p.m., at City Hall, 7610 Laredo Drive, Chanhassen,
Minnesota, for the purpose of holding a public hearing 'on the proposed
conditional use permit, variance and subdivision of a parcel into
27 residential building sites on the following described tract of land:
Beginning at the
)rthwest corner of said Northwest 14; thence East along the North line thereof a distance o
)49.12 feet to the centerline of said Bluff Creek Drive, said point being the actual point
beginning of the centerline to be herein described; thence deflecting to the right 39
agrees, 47 minutes, 44 seconds a distance of 157.83 feet; thence on a tangential curve to
ie right, the radius of which is 654.4G feet, the central angle of which is 14 degrees, 48
inutes, 00 seconds, a distance of 169.05 feet; thence Southeasterly tangent to said curve
