For your information we enclose a plat of the proposed
development. As indicated thereon, the garages and ac-
cesses face the front or roads of the development.
The site consists of 22.11 acres which will be developed
as follows:
1. 220 building sites = 12.11 acres
2. Roads and easements = 3.80 acres
3. Total open (green)
corporate area = 6.20 acres
Total 22.11 acres
The children will be able to get to the beach by crossing
the interior roads over foot bridges.
The recreation areas to be provided will be:
1. Tennis and badminton courts
2. Basketball court
3. Putting green
4. Baseball diamond
5. Jogging path
6. Childrens play areas

We enclose herewith a preliminary plat for a Townhouse
development on the south shore of Lotus bake. This
site was previously proposed for development to the
Planning Commission on August 10, 1971 by Mr. John Levin.
As you will note, there are 220 townhouses proposed for
the 22.11 acres. Much of the topography will be.re-
tained to offer a park -like atmosphere with the abun-
dancy of open "green" areas. Access, egress and control
of traffic have all been taken into consideration.
