That the City Planning Commission
of the City of Chanhassen, Min-
nesota, will meet on Wednesday,
the 14th day of August, 1974, at 7:30
p.m., at the City Hall in said City,
for the purpose of holding a p ublic
hearing on proposed rezoning in the
City as follows:
1. To rezone the following
described property from R-1A
Agricultural District to P-2
Planned Residential
Development District as
defined in Chanhassen Or-
dinance No. 47:
Tfhe West Half of the Southeast
Quarter (W 1/2 of SE V4) and the
Northerly 66 feet of Govern-
ment Lot 3, Section 10,
Township 116, Range 23, con-
taining 80 acres, more or less,
Carver County, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN
That the Planning Commission will
meet at the same time and place for
the purpose of holding a public
hearing on a preliminary
development plan and a
preliminary plat known as "Nord-
skov", and involving the south-
west corner of the above described
tract of land. Said public ht!arings
shall be consolidated as one
hearing.
A plan showing said proposed
preliminary development plan,
preliminary plat and proposed
rezoning is available for inspec
at the City Hall.
All persons interested may ap-
pear and be heard at said time and
place.
