Name of subdivision must be changed, we already have one subdivision by the name of Rolling Hills. 2. I feel that the legal description as listed by Egan, Field, and Nowak should be described as part of Lot 30, etc. of Minnewashta Park and not a metes and bounds description. 3. I do not feel that it would be necessary to require topography on a two foot contour interval at this time. He does show elevation points along the dedicated right- of-way. 4. As long as the dedicated right-of-way is being dedicated on a 60 foot basis as required by the Platting Ordinance and in this case where there is not going to be a number of homes creating a problem on a private easement, I feel that a variance could be granted not requiring him to bring this road to Village standards (blacktop).
