Would you please advise us from looking at your records as to how many lots we might divide this into without running in a road and if such a subdivision is possible does it require a registered land survey to do so. Each lot must have 30,000 square feet or more in areas where sewer and water are not available. 2. 180 feet of frontage is required on a dedicated street in areas listed under Item 1. 3. All property's divided must have either a registered land curve, or a plat approved by the Planning_Commisson and the Village Council.
