To whom it may concern,
This letter is to confirm that on May 12, 2025, the Chanhassen City Council approved the minor
amendment to the Chanhassen Retail Center PUD to allow painted surfaces on structures and
parapet roofs.
The approval of this PUD amendment has satisfied the planning conditions on the commercial
renovation permit 2025-00780. You may continue with the renovation of the Taco Bell according
to the approved plans for the building permit.
