Minnewashta Apartments– Traffic Discussion THE TRAFFIC SITUATION AT THIS LOCATION IS COMPLEX, WITH MANY VARIABLES. THERE ARE TWO CONDITIONS WHICH WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO SOLVE FOR. INTERIM CONDITION: BETWEEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND THE RAB COMPLETION IN 2028. ULTIMATE CONDITION: AFTER RAB IS COMPLETED.
