City Staff has reviewed the various submiƩal components for the rezoning, wetland alteraƟon permit,
and site plan review; as of July 21, 2025, the applicaƟon has been deemed complete but is conƟngent on
the submiƩal of the following items by July 23, 2025.
1. Traffic memo or statement
2. Title Commitment
3. Update the note on the site plan to say, “Proposed Public Drainage, Utility and Roadway
Easement."
The above applicaƟons are tentaƟvely scheduled for review by the Planning Commission on August 12th
and City Council on August 25th.
The three items menƟoned above must be submiƩed by July 23rd in order to maintain the tentaƟvely
scheduled meeƟngs.
