Hello,
It appears the outcome of last light's meeting is that staff recommends that the PlaDning
Commission recommend adoption of the ordinance as presented. I look forward to new
additions to that business center.
I would, however,recommend the city look into revising the intersection of Audubon Rd and
Lake Dr W to include a 4-way stop or other safety feature. That intersection can get a little
dicey,particularly during commute times. A daycare center and/or brewery would increase the
amount of traffic and associated risks.
