THIS AMENDMENT TO STOR]T,IWATER MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT/BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE FACILITIES ("Amendment") is made
this Zr day of Or \av:r v- ,2025,by and between the CITY OF CHANHASSEN' a
Minnesota municipal corporation ("Ci[") and ALEXANDRA QUINNELL and ALEX
QUIIYNELL, spouses married to each other (the "Owners").
A. The City and Fox Hill Properties, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company,
predecessor in interest to the Owners, entered into a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement/Best
Management Practice Facilities dated March 13,2025 and recorded with the Carver County
Registar of Title's Office on lune 6,2023 as Document No. T227286 ("Agreement") for the
property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Property");
B. The stormwater Facilities within the Property have been modified and the partres
desire to correct exhibits to the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe mutual covenants contained herein and for
other good and valuable consideration, the City and Owners agree as follows:
t. Exhibit B. Exhibit B to the Agreement is amended in its entirety as provided in
Exhibit B, attached hereto.
2. Survival ofOther Provisions ofAgreement Except as otherwise provided in this
Amendment, all other provisions ofthe Agreement survive and shall be given full force and effect.

3. Recording. This Amendment will be recorded against the Property and will run
with the land and bind Owners' successors and assigns.
