ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
MINUTES
OCTOBER 28, 2024
Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Ryan, Councilwoman Schubert, Councilman von
Oven, Councilman McDonald, Councilman Kimber.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: Laurie Hokkanen, City Manager.
PUBLIC PRESENT: None.
1. Approve Economic Development Authority Meeting Minutes dated August 26, 2024
Councilman McDonald moved, Councilman Kimber seconded to approve the Economic
Development Authority Meeting Minutes dated August 26, 2024. All voted in favor and the
motion carried unanimously with a vote of 5 to 0.
2. Resolution Approving Certain Agreements Regarding Refinancing of the Lake at
Chanhassen TIF Project
Laurie Hokkanen, City Manager, noted this item is consideration of the refinancing of the Lake
at Chanhassen TIF Project. She said that the documents were included in the packet.
Councilman Kimber moved, Councilwoman Schubert seconded that the Chanhassen
Economic Development Authority adopt a resolution approving certain agreements
regarding refinancing of the Lake at Chanhassen TIF Project. All voted in favor and the
motion carried unanimously with a vote of 5 to 0.
ADJOURNMENT
Councilman von Oven moved, Councilwoman Schubert seconded to adjourn the meeting.
All voted in favor and the motion carried unanimously with a vote of 5 to 0. The Economic
Development Authority meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
