A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AUDUBON BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Nicholas Adam, PE., the Engineer of
Record for The Audubon Business Park, indicating the public streets, utilities, and storm water
improvements have been completed in conformance with the approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, City staff has performed a walk-through inspection and finds the
improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Chanhassen City Council:
1. The public streets, utility, and storm water improvements in The Audubon Business Park,
are accepted for perpetual maintenance and ownership subject to the conditions provided in
this resolution.
2. The acceptance is conditioned upon the developer providing a 2-year warranty bond for
all public improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 24th day of November,
2025.
