Office of the County Recorder, Carver County, Minnesota, EXCLUDING that portion of said
Lot 1, Block 1, CRIMSON BAY, Carver County, Minnesota which lies northerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South 72 degrees 32 minutes 08
seconds West along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 218.24 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence North 14 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds
West a distance of 10.18 feet; thence North 80 degrees 49 minutes 34 seconds West a
distance of 142.34 feet; thence South 87 degrees 33 minutes 35 seconds West a distance
of 244.58 feet; thence North 42 degrees 41 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 113.71
feet to the north line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating;
PLUS that part of Lot 2, Block 1, CRIMSON BAY, Carver County, Minnesota which lies
southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1 in
