That part of the following described property that lies easterly of a line hereinafter referred
to as Line A:
Lot 1, Block 1, CRIMSON BAY, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
Office of the County Recorder, Carver County, Minnesota, EXCLUDING that portion of said
Lot 1, Block 1, CRIMSON BAY, Carver County, Minnesota which lies northerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South 72 degrees 32 minutes 08
seconds West along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 218.24 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence North 14 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds
West a distance of 10.18 feet; thence North 80 degrees 49 minutes 34 seconds West a
distance of 142.34 feet; thence South 87 degrees 33 minutes 35 seconds West a distance
of 244.58 feet; thence North 42 degrees 41 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 113.71
feet to the north line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating;
PLUS that part of Lot 2, Block 1, CRIMSON BAY, Carver County, Minnesota which lies
southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1 in
said Block 1; thence South 72 degrees 32 minutes 08 seconds West along the north line of
said Lot 1 a distance of 218.24 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described:

said line there terminating.

degrees 49 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 70.78 feet to the point of beginning of
said Line A; thence South 21 degrees 10 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 198.46 feet
to the northerly right of way of Crimson Bay Road, and said Line A there terminating.
