REGULAR MEETING
October 14, 2025
Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Eric Anderson, David Benedict, John Kroll
MEMBERS ABSENT: Nick Gardino, Luke Bame
STAFF PRESENT: Samantha DiMaggio, Economic Development Manager
PUBLIC PRESENT:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AGENDA DATED OCTOBER 14, 2025
Commissioner Kroll moved, and Commissioner Benedict seconded to approve the Agenda of the
Economic Development Commission meeting dated October 14, 2025, as presented. All voted in favor,
and the motion was carried unanimously with a vote of 3 to 0.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES DATED SEPTEMBER 16,
2025
Commissioner Benedict moved, and Commissioner Kroll seconded to approve the Minutes of the
Economic Development Commission meeting dated September 16, 2025, as presented. All voted in favor,
and the motion was carried unanimously with a vote of 3 to 0.

DISCUSSION/GENERAL BUSINESS ITEMS:
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner Benedict moved, and Commissioner Kroll seconded to adjourn the meeting. All voted in
favor, and the motion was carried unanimously with a vote of 3 to 0. The Economic Development
Commission meeting was adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
