right to rernove trees, bushes, undergrowth, and tither obstructions interlering with the location,
construction. and maintenanoe ofsaid drainage and utility systems.

GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR DRAINAGE AND UTII,I'I'Y PURPOSES
The above-named Grantor, for itself, it's heirs, successors and assigns does covenant with the
City, its successors and assigns, that Grantor is well seized in fee title ofthe above-described Easernent
Prernises; that Grantor has the sole right to grant and convey the easement to the City; that there are
no unrecorded interests in the Easernent Premises; and that Grantor will indemni$r and hold the City
harmless for any breach ofthe foregoing covenants.
