RECOMMENDATIONS
ENGINEERING:
1. Include on page 2, Construction Utility Notes, Line 9 the note that was provided by Erik
on the prior submittal. “and submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior
to issuance of building permits”
Response – Note has been updated to include, “and submitted to the City Engineer for
review and approval prior to issuance of building permits”
2. L5-B1 driveway grade is not clear. Max driveway is 10%.
Response – Driveway grade labels have been added to L5-B1.
WATER RESOURCES:
1. Provide Minnehaha Creek Watershed District approved permit.
Response – Developer working with watershed on Maintenance agreement with
Watershed. Watershed has no further comments on the plans. Final permit to be
provided when obtained.
2. Add pretreatment swales into Private BMP Exhibit as requested in the prior submittal.
Response – Swales have been called out on the Private BMP exhibit.
3. Fix formatting in the Private BMP Exhibit on the 4th line as it was requested in the prior
submittal.
Response – Formatting has been updated accordingly.

Response – SWMP has been signed.
