the Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, September 2, 2025,
at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Cham-
bers in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request for
variances to reconstruct the garage
located on the property at 3630
Hickory Road. Zoned RSF. Proper-
ty Owner & Applicant: Scot Lacek.
