Dear Property Owner,
You are receiving this notice as a courtesy, as your property is located near a
proposed development application.
You are invited to a neighborhood open house to learn about the proposed
development project and provide input for the development team to consider as we
prepare and revise plans. The open house is scheduled from 5:OOpm-6:30 pm and
you are encouraged to attend as your schedule allows within that timeframe.
We understand that schedules are busy. The development team wants to make
every effort to meet with you to discuss the project and to hear any constructive
feedback that can improve our project. With that in mind, if you are unable to make
