NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning Com-
mission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing
is to consider a request from the
owner of the Taco Bell property as
they have proposed an exterior ren-
ovation to their building which re-
quires an amendment to the current
architectural design requirements
of the Planned Unit Development
Ordinance for the Chanhassen Re-
tail Center. The property is located
at 975 West 78th Street. Zoned
Planned Unit Development. Prop-
erty Owner: 5358 Jackson Drive,
LLC., Applicant: Finn Daniels Ar-
chitects.
