To the best of my knowledge, the attached site plan represents
changes requested by the City Council nearly two months ago. Ournext City Council meeting is March 14. I would like to be able
to have our architects take advantage of this three-week period
of time to start design efforts. However, if Council membersfeel that the attached site plan is not in conformance with pre-
vious discussions, and major ( structural) changes are to be con-sidered, it would be a mistake to have the architect working on
design elements.
I am not seeking City Council approval of this item. The item
will appear on the March 14 City Council agenda. However, should
Council members knord that they have specific concerns with theplan as attached, I would appreciate hearing from you. If the
proposed change is critical to structural design, I will have the
architect cease !{ork until l'larch 14.
The attached enclosure wiII accompany this item on March I4.
