SUBJ: Special Joint Meeting of HRA and City Council
As requested by llayor namilton and Chairman Cliff Whitehill
during our meeting of September 2'1, the HRA has agreed to meet
jointiy with ttre City Council on either October 16 or L7,1984.
The City Council should determine the preferred date during their
meeting next MondaY (October 1).
In addition to a review of the proposed 1985 IIRA operating budget
and a discussion of the future of the HRA, the Board would like
to discuss their idea of a special promotional event for prospec-
tive developers for the Downtown Redevelopment Project.
I wiII be at Dlondayrs Council meeting to answer any questions con-
cerning this item.
