SUBJ: Council lvleeting for September L7
Due to several item cancellations and an unscheduled delay
encountered with the award of bids for the Pheasant Hill/v{aldrip
project, the Council meeting scheduled for September _L7 is being
Lancelled. Regular Council items will be rescheduled for October
1 while the bid award and accounts payable will be added to the
September 24 agenda even though several invoice payments will be
isiued prior to this delayed approval -
Unfortunately, the Board of Adjustments and Appeals will still
have to meet on the 17th since the hearing for the Landin
variance was previously published. Council consideration of the
item, if necessary, will be handled on October 1'
