Minnesota 55317;
E. Deliver the Letter of Credit from Minnwest Bank to the City of Chanhassen
in the amount of $262,759.10 in satisfaction of security requirements
pursuant the Site Plan Agreement (Roers Bennett) to Eric Maass at the City
of Chanhassen, 7700 Market Boulevard P.O. Box 147, Chanhassen,
Minnesota 55317;
F. Deliver the Letter of Credit from Minnwest Bank to the City of Chanhassen
in the amount of $112,893.55 in satisfaction of security requirements
pursuant the Site Plan Agreement (Roers Harlow) to Eric Maass at the City
of Chanhassen, 7700 Market Boulevard P.O. Box 147, Chanhassen,
Minnesota 55317.
