ORDINANCE NO. 743
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHANHASSEN RETAIL CENTER PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT ZONING ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section (e)(1) of the Chanhassen Retail Center PUD is amended in its entirety to
read as follows:
1. All materials shall be of high quality and durable. Masonry material shall be used. Color
shall be introduced through colored block or panels and not painted block. Painted surfaces
shall be allowed throughout the PUD.
Section 2. Section (e)(7) of the Chanhassen Retail Center PUD is amended in its entirety to
read as follows:
7. All roof mounted equipment shall be screened by a parapet wall or pitched roof. Wood
screen fences are prohibited. Screening shall consist of compatible materials.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
